Reports

This functionality is available for account managers only.

On this page you can view and create reports on your projects and tasks. Initial view displays a table with all previously stored reports (if any). The information includes title of the report, creator, total hours contributed to the selected project(s) and tasks, total value and creation date. By clicking on a report title you can observe the report with all the details that have been requested during the report creation. Each report view page has its own unique URL so you can share it.

Creation

To create a new report click "New report" button.
Title is title of the report, can be any.
Summary type denotes whether the report must include per task details or just show the totals.
Projects are the projects which you'd like to include in the report.

Any of further options can be left blank, which would mean "all".

Date period denotes the period during which the selected tasks have creation or due date, depending on what selected.

Tasks
In this section you can shorten the reported tasks using the following parameters: Total hours, which are the hours that were contributed to the task. This option doesn't differentiate invoiced and not invoiced hours, including all types of hours for all roles. Read more about invoices.

Monetary value employs the auto-calculation function. This feature would calculate financial total value for each task basing on the hours set for a task, honoring roles and their rates. In other words it's how much a task "costs" right now.

Created by option gives you ability to choose who created the tasks you wish to include in the report.
